Study Summary

To evaluate the safety and efficacy data of APG-5918 in subjects with histologically- and/or cytologically-confirmed advanced solid tumors or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) that have progressed or intolerant after treatment with approved therapies or for which there are no standard therapies available.

To evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of APG-5918 in patients with solid tumors or hematologic malignancies.

To evaluate the safety, tolerability, and to determine the dose-limiting toxicity, maximum tolerated dose, and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of orally administered APG-5918.
