Patients will receive either BNT314 alone or BNT314 combined with pembrolizumab.

To evaluate safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics (PK), and -dynamics (PD) of BNT314/GEN1059 in patients with metastatic or advanced malignant solid tumors.

To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) / maximum administered dose (MAD) of BNT314 administered as monotherapy. To establish the safety profile of BNT314 administered as monotherapy.
