This is a first-in-human, multicenter, open-label, phase 1 study to evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy of CID-078, a Cyclin A/B-RxL inhibitor, in patients with advanced solid tumors.

To evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of CID-078 as well as preliminary anti-tumor activity in solid tumors.

To evaluate CID-078 in patients with small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) and ovarian cancer
