Study Summary

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of MB-CART2019.1 compared to standard of care therapy in participants with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, who are not eligible for high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of MB-CART2019.1 compared to standard of care (SoC) therapy in participants with r/r diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who are not eligible for high-dose chemotherapy (HDC) and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). To evaluates the superiority of 2nd-line CAR T-cell treatment with MB-CART2019.1 compared to SoC in an elderly high-risk population of patients with r/r DLBCL and early relapse To determine superiority of MB-CART2019.1 treatment compared to standard-of-care (SoC) therapy with R-GemOx (rituximab, gemcitabine and oxaliplatin) with respect to event-free survival in second-line therapy in participants with R-R DLBCL, who are non-eligible for high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT).

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of zamtocabtagene autoleucel (zamto-cel) compared with standard chemoimmunotherapy (R-GemOx or Pola-BR) in patients with second-line, relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (r/r LBCL) who were transplant-ineligible due to age, comorbidities, or other medical reasons.
