To evaluate XmAb717as a monotherapy or in combination in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC)

To study the safety and clinical activity of XmAb20717 alone or in combination with standard of care anticancer therapies in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have progressed on prior therapy.

To evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of XmAb®20717alone or in combination with chemotherapy or targeted therapies in selected subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer

To evaluate XmAb20717 for patients with certain molecular subtypes of mCRPC, as a monotherapy or in combination depending on the subtype
